In the Moscow Metro, I held the position of a designer in the department that was engaged in training cashiers and cash zones. I have been developing various training, informational and internal materials. New projects were created in the department to improve the work of employees, as well as to raise the level of comfort of passengers.
The main task of our department was to design the cash register area and improve it. The projects concerned not only passengers, but also cashiers. We tried to speed up the work and improve the quality of service.
